This should be a staple go to place.
After bearing the brunt of atrocious non-service from a Mexican outlet at the Emporium foodcourt (Why Guzman? Why Gomez?), I decided to spend my money elsewhere and came upon Spudbar.
What a pleasant and refreshing change to be greeted by a friendly staff member. Service was on point. I decided to try their new Sweet Potato Poke Bowl and in 2 words….no regrets!
If you are a fan of sweet potato, then this is the dish for you. There was a generous serving of fresh avocado and the colourful combination of corn, beetroot and beans was refreshing and I suspect, quite healthy.
