The food court restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating, so it’s quite comfortable.
I had a takeaway Pad Thai though – there was sweetness from the palm sugar, saltiness from fish sauce, spiciness from the roasted chilli powder, sourness from the lemon wedge, a lot of the elements are there.
Some texture coming in from the crushed peanuts and beanshoots too.
3 medium sized prawns included, so not too bad.
However it is quite oily and I’m missing the wok hei smokiness.

Came here to try out their street food menu (didnt find anything on their bain marie I liked), and ordered their Hainanese chicken rice and Im glad I did. The chicken was succulent and tender. The rice was flavoursome and well cooked, and the chilli sauce had good heat. The servings was generous and the dish quite well presented. Will be back again just for this!
3.5 stars Bought this MealPal deal where you get cheap (but set) lunches. One of the participating outlet is Think Asia. I got chicken laksa today and it was pretty alright for a takeaway meal. There is a lot of noodles, hokkein noodles and vermicelli noodles combined, the chicken was nice and tender. The eggplant was slightly bitter but overall its still very good for what you get.

The St Collins Lane food court is a hidden gem, with some random finds.
I tried the BBQ chicken salad takeaway using the mealpal subscription service. It was more tandoori chicken than BBQ chicken, and the spring roll was soggy and chewy. The vermicelli noodle salad was tasty enough and filling. I wouldn’t eat this meal again, but giving this takeaway place the benefit of the doubt as it was a pre-made takeaway service. I didn’t Think Asia, I thought random.
