  This is a go to lunch place. Service is generally quick, with the exception of midday, but that’s the same everywhere in town. Worth a trip if you are simply after a quick meal rather than a gourmet experience.

  ***Their open hours of 11 am to 10 pm are incorrect. It’s a Friday night and they are already closed by 9PM. Don’t bother paying them a visit unless it is during the 9-5.***Otherwise, their selection of food is good, the Pho was good value for money but my tastes are simple and for people who want a true Pho may find this lacking in quality, but compared to other places this was good enough. Staff appeared professional enough, and friendly.

  Not Authetic for the price what you pay for…

  The Food is soaked with OIL and staff has communication problem.

  Nasi Goreng and the Chicken stir fried was terribly made without passion..

  Staff do it in their own way.. Terribly charged for the customer… One sided service…

  Pho Quantity not satisfactory.. Noisy Kitchen and Loudly spoken staff…

  Highly Not Recommended…

  The Dear Luncher is down and out with some form of man-flu and/or virus. As a consequence, a spiced up pho was the only elixir the body demanded. Arriving before noon, Viet Pho was already bustling. It is well located on Flinders/William. Two chicken rice paper rolls as an entree, highly disappointing. The chicken looked extremely unappealing. Almost as though they were the off cuts. The sliced beef pho was satisfactory (particularly the broth), but the meat once again was a let down.Viet Pho has potential, they just need to lift their game a little on the meat quality.

  Tried this place again. Still disappointing. Mushy food. Mushy rice. No real flavor apart from LOTS of salt.

  I was initially excited at the prospect of some good Vietnamese food in the area. But this place has some work to do. The food isn’t bad. Just a bit bland and tired. Pho isn’t good. Stir fries are dull and claggy. No freshness or real flavor. And way too expensive for what you get. I’ll try again in a few weeks. Let’s see if they can make the food a bit better. On the plus side the staff are bright and friendly. But they really do need to drop their prices.

  This place is super new – only just opened in the last couple of weeks. There are evidently still processes they’re working out with preparation, delivery and the overall functional layout of the place… I had the Stir Fried Noodles (seafood). It wasn’t the best for $13 (or at all, actually). It didn’t look appetising in the takeaway bowl… taste was then as expected: fairly bland. The prawns were overcooked and rubbery but the squid was tender. I won’t order that again.There were no takeaway utensils or napkins placed in the bag. There is a $15 min for eftpos (meaning you need to buy a drink as well as your meal if you want to use EFT and the drink selection isn’t that good). I might try this place again once they’ve ironed out some wrinkles… not rushing back there though. Some market research could help them out a bit. This area is full of hasty corporates trying to grab something relatively fresh, healthy and/or gourmet for lunch. Not much room for mediocre around here. I hope they improve…
