Unbelievable. How am I supposed to go back to NZ and eat our kebab and chips when I’ve had this HSP?Everything was pretty much perfect, as far as an HSP goes. The meat: tender, juicy, and SO MUCH of it (I had to hunt for the chips amongst all the lamb). The chips: fried well, though I’d prefer them a little more well-done personally. The sauce: holy trinity is good, although I like the garlic yoghurt a lil thinner. Everything came together to make something that’s truly more than the sum of its parts. Game-changing HSP.Lamb HSP w/ cheese: 10/10
