Came here for lunch today with my partner and I ordered the Wagyu Yakiniku Don with the bbq Wagyu beef on rice and comes with a miso soup. My partner ordered the hamburg meal with some wedges, spaghetti, rice and miso soup. My wagyu beef on rice was ok, tasted like miso sauce on the rice. It kinda reminded me of rice workshop. I didn’t finish it. The miso soup was good though. I tried my partner’s hamburg meal, the wedges are soft, the hamburg has this herby-taste, not sure what it is, but I didn’t like it. The ogawa coffee – i’m not sure what it supposed to taste like, but it was very flavourless and plain, no coffee punch at all.

Came here for dinner and we had the option of choosing between the $55 or $85 all you can eat menu. We opt for the $85 because why not! We tried all the wagyu except for the original kalbi which was sold out. But out of all the wagyu, we liked the oyster blade and another cut (which I have forgotten the name of, oops). They were melt in your mouth worthy! The sushi aburi which was limited to 1 per person didnt have a wow factor to it. The sashimi wasnt the best but still fresh. Staff were really friendly but the service was slooow. It took them almost 20 mins to bring out a plate of wagyu out each time we ordered something off of the menu. We were only subject to 90 mins and the more we waited, the less time we got to eat.

I have been for several times. There are plenty of beef dishes you can choose. Wagyu dish is one of the dishes you must try. I have tried Wagyu one beef ,Wagyu beef Don and crispy chicken. The Wagyu one beef with vegetables and miso soup is a great set. Beef is tender and juicy. Wagyu beef Don is one of the best lunch special choices, which is cheap, but I am not sure if it is wagyu beef. It tastes delicious. Crispy chicken tastes okay, not any special.

Definitely a good, quick and easy Japanese BBQ to try in Melbourne. SD situated at the top end of Bourke St this place has good quality beef and great Sake with adequate service.

A nice Japanese BBQ restaurant. we are choosing the BBQ buffet for dinner. the meat is very fresh and the sauce have strong flavor. For the price, is the best choice for people who have not enough money in your pocket.

On 26th September 2018. My boyfriend took me to Wagyu One to celebrate my 30th birthday one day earlier. Pei was one of the workers who helped us along the way. She was very polite and helpful and efficient. She really went out of her way. I knew she had lot of things to get done, taking orders, cleaning up, keeping an eye out for more customers along the way. Food was delicious and filling
BBQ Kaarange chicken, rice, Wagyu one enjoyment which is a signature cut selection of Wagyu Beef – 400 grams

    MS5 Sirloin,MS5 Scotch,Tongue,Oyster Blade, Ramp, Flap meat,Tri Tip, Yakishabu,Chu-Toro

We asked for the tongue to be swapped and the chefs gave us more Tri Tip.

    Drinks were good too
Matcha Green Tea with Lychee and Grape
    Kirin Ichiban

They had a lot of alcoholic drinks other restaurants dont have. The premium stuff.

The entrance process began with a bang and all of the workers thanking us at the same time as we left. All of the workers were professional. Everybody was focused.

We really enjoyed our time there. We were impressed. I would definitely recommend your restaurant to others. See you soon.

    Not a bad place!

Their known for their wagyu (hence the name) and of course we had to try their wagyu. We had the sukiyaki as well as shabu shabu. Enjoyed our meal there.

The waiters were friendly and welcoming. Note that your clothing may smell a bit as the ventilation in the restaurant wasnt the best. But this may have been improved since.
