The place is near my workplace so I thought Id give Yum Yum Dumplings a try. Upon entering during lunch hours, the place busy, noisy, cramped and I hate to say it but chaotic. With a decent queue waiting to order and pay, staff are running around like mad doing their best to deliver orders however they lack the organisation to do it efficiently (or seemed short staffed) and unfortunately (in my visit) werent professional i.e. staff were yelling at each other to get things done and argued when errors occurred. On a less busy period, food probably does come out quickly; just that my order was done but sat on the kitchen counter for quite some time before it got handed to me. I ordered a basic sweet and sour pork dish but it lacked flavour leaving it bland with the taste of oil (the sauce unfortunately did not have anything sweet nor sour). I have a feeling this place could be decent for dumplings after reading others reviews but thats all (i.e. its busy for a reason). On the positive note, staff did try their best, were hard working and friendly; I did feel for them since they seemed overwhelmed at the time.
