Best Chinese I’ve had in ages. Wait time was long was well worth it. Prices are cheaper than competition. Yeah shop is old and out of date but can overlook that when food is delicious. Would highly recommend. Yum
Wow what a shit hole!!!….AHHH HEALTH INSPECTORS??…..I didn’t really notice the grot at first as it was very dimly light. As l was waiting for my small order of fried rice, steamed dim sims, satay skewers and spring rolls l was glancing around and OMG what a terrible place, it is sooooo dated and unclean, also really unhygienic. I wasn’t to pleased with the look of any of the food given to me so l went home to a tub of cookies n cream ice cream instead. Thanx Sky dragon!! Don’t bother its really bad. If u happen to dine there at least once a week you need to recheck ur diet N lifestyle……
Clean your Walls and Floor!. Sitting in the waiting area for for my ‘prawnless’ prawn fried rice I couldnt help but notice these people dont clean anything, walls, floor, counter. BYO liquor licence stuck to the wall askew, (on top of the previous years). menu taped to the counter about five years ago. Like you would BYO a bottle of wine to this place. You would eminate more style drinking a longneck in the gutter out the front. Fried rice was crap, no prawns, just mini frozen shrimp.I dont know how these places survive, its staggering!
Best Chinese I have ever had.My partner and I eat here almost on a weekly basis. Never had any problems with service or food quality. my favourite dish is the duck with Chinese mushrooms
Best restaurant in Melton. I was passing through Melton last week and was recommended by a friend to try Skydragon out. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality of the food considering the low cost and portion size. Normally I am not one for Chinese take away but Skydragon has an authentic taste which is true to that nature of cantonese cuisine and its fundamental elements. Hot, fresh and tasty you couldn’t ask for more.
The service was excellent I was seated quickly and watched over by a very fastidious waitress/hostess. The menu is broad covering a whole range of dishes from the classic lemon chicken to a more contemporary duck dishes. I really loved the cashew chicken and sweet corn soup. More so I noticed that there is no MSG in the food or additive this was a huge bonus for me.
So to conclude anyone passing by or anyone living in Melton should definitely visit Skydragon, it’s a fantastic restaurant.
