Placed an order for delivery on the 27/12 they advised it will be 90 mins which we were ok with and expected. Two hours later we called to check the progress of our delivery they advised there were only 3 staff members working and our food will be on it’s way in 15 minutes when the driver comes back from his current delivery. Anyway 30 minutes later they called us back to advise they don’t have spaghetti bolognese which confused because in our previous call they advised that it will be on its way so then we swApped it for pizza they then said in 20 minutes it will arrive another hour later we called back they advised our food will be delivered within half an hour so 4 hours later we received our food. All the food was horrible the chips you could tell had been sitting for over an hour and went all soggy and cold and in the kids meal the 8 chicken nuggets were as hard as rocks and burnt and a total of 8 soggy chips!! The fish and chips well again all soggy and about 13 chips in total!! The pizza has heaps of sauce and barely any toppings. We were offered no apologies from staff no consideration. If you don’t have enough staff either don’t offer delivery as an option or don’t open at all. We paid full price for a meal we received 4 hours after placing the order and the food was disgusting. I will not order from them again my dogs wouldn’t touch the food and my dogs eat everything so that’s saying something

This place is improving over time, l would recommend this place over most in the area.
