i have always had amazing service here, but today i went and i had the worst experiance i asked a manager for help with my betting and sh@e gave me nothing but attitude. she was horrible and made me feel like shit. when shes on i will not be going there. besides the one rude manager everyone else i have had experiances with have been wonderful.
The only thing I could eat here was chips with tomato sauce. Need to expand the menu and get some vegan options, which would also be great for those who are lactose intolerant, allergic to eggs or honey, vegetarian, etc.
On arrival we were waiting to be seated. The young girl obviously didn’t have time to seat us but would rather clean a table . She just said take some menus and sit where you want … not the welcome I expected.
I thought I would order some drinks for the table , I understand it’s a pub in melton but does this mean that they have no customer service ?

Now I’m starting to question if I just get up and go..
My partner ordered the meals, once the food started to arrive on the table we had to advise that our order wasn’t complete as two dishes were missing. After explaining to the waitress for some time about ordering and paying for two vegetables dishes they finally arrived.
The fish and chips should of been called batter with a bit of fish, the chef must of been a rush to get home as the chips were half cooked.
The steak sandwich was ok
Customer service needs to be implemented here regardless of being a pub we are still paying customers and the kitchen needs to improve quality and presentation as you are still paying good prices here..
It’s a pub that has no serious competition in the local area to ensure that it keeps its standards high. If you want a cheap family friendly pub then it’s the place to be
Best part about this pub is the playground for the kids, it really sets itself from other pubs. Food is reasonable in price and quality.
Patrons have been known to SHIT on the floor in the bistro and gaming room of this pub. I saw the footage myself, TERRIBLE….. terrible food, drinks and the staff are extremely rude. Many years ago it was the best place in town, sadly management these days don’t care about the venue. Its all about the pokies and gambling My last experience I was standing there ready to order and the lady behind the bar started bitching about everyone that worked there, and how the venue manager was lazy and a slob. She went on this 10 minute saga about the place, how bad it was. Then decided to ask for my order, by this stage l pretty much gave her a filthy look and walked out. Always violent fights breaking out at the front. MAYBE THEY SHOULD CONSIDER LIQUOR LICENSING DONT WAIST YOUR TIME
Way overpriced for pub food. The food we got wasn’t all that good. I couldnt finish my chicken parma as it was over cooked at the edges and left the chicken very dry and hard to cut into. The cheese was like rubber which means my meal may have been sitting in the kitchen to long. My partners steak was way over cooked it was black he couldn’t even cut into it. Definetly won’t be back.
