Service was great and the burgers were good. There a lot of good burger venues in Melbourne and this I would consider was a good burger but not amazing. Still a solid choice though, worth the visit.
Meet Patty champions local producers for their beef, chicken and bacon. Great initiative.
Patty’s Signature – it’s a simple and common combination of pickles, ketchup and mustard, but it’s executed so well. Plus it’s at a pretty good price of $11.50.
The milk/brioche bun is toasted on the flat grill. Tick.
The free range beef beef patty is grilled medium rare and has a nice crust on it. Tick.
Perfectly melted cheese over the patty. Tick.
Maybe it’s that special sauce that brings it all together.
It’s not overly greasy, the bun doesn’t squish into nothing when you hold it, plus there is beer on tap. Come on.
