Bought the pork roll several times from here, the portion is normal and tasty and considering the locale, is pretty good value here. If we were to compare it to say, Springvale, it would not be seen as good value of course. I paid with a $20 note and they didn’t have enough notes change and gave me all coins lol. No biggie, just want to advise them to be more well prepared.
I love the pork belly roll, crispy fresh bread and chilli sauce. Always good, and the coffee is pretty fair too. Lots of locals and pensioners seem to agree. Not the greatest if you want ambience, but friendly service and pretty good prices.
So glad I found this place and dont have to trek to Springvale every time for a good Vietnamese roll. The pork belly with crackling and the chicken rolls are delicious and very fresh. The pate inside them is very yummy. Love their rice paper rolls too. The ladies have been lovely to me, and the place is always busy at lunch time. I find myself there almost everyday lately for lunch.
