We asked around regarding the best place to have a meal and we were told the Working Mans. So last night we came and unfortunately left disappointed. We sat in the sports bar, the guy who served me, I didn’t get his name but I did see Team Leader on his badge was really rude, he was super rude to the older gentleman behind me. I was going to order more but when he snapped at me I just couldn’t be bothered. We received our food quite quick which was good. The steak on my steak sandwich was so chewy, if your going to sell steak sandwiches then use decent steak, the toast wasn’t buttered, that’s just laziness. We tried to say something but the staff member kept walking. I love my food and I was so disappointed, I left feeling ripped off.

5 meals, two adult and three kids. The kids were super impressed with the extent of the kids menu (not just pasta, pizza and Fish/nuggets and chips). Kids got chicken crackles, chicken schnitzel and fettuccine carbonara. All kids meals come with soft drink and an ice cream (they swapped soft drink for Soda water and juice for us). My husband had the pork ribs, they were okay, I had the lamb cutlets which were delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and entertainment for the kids. Highly recommend for a family, well priced meal.

Disappointed when paying usual high price for a Tbone and getting the thinnest one possible. Ripped off. Serves were not the country sizes expected but we could at least fill up at the salad bar (after being grilled by the server as to whether we had paid for it or not) It was part of the menu, which che obviously didn’t know about.

Great food with a wide menu, plenty of options and good pub food, generous serves and excellent quality produce all served with a smile a relaxed atmosphere and not as noisy as other offerings in the area.
