Been here twice and my first experience was pretty good. Burgers were decent and the thick shake as well, it was really delicious.
Though the price is quite high, the quality of the food here were worth the price. So I was looking forward to visiting again.
And finally I got to revisit the other day, and the burgers were slightly different in terms of size and taste. They werent as big as last time and the flavour wasnt as good. They tasted a bit cheap in a way. And also, the thick shake that I was looking forward to, werent available. Only original flavours were available which are very typical as all other places have. Im not sure about what other people think, however the two main features of this place that have impressed me are gone now.
food is always great but super annoying when youre the only person in the store ordering and they forget your potato cakes
also charged $1.50 for avocado in a burger and didnt even add it! not impressed

Since under new management the place has gone down hill, the place is filthy and the once juicy meat patties have become overlook dry pieces of ####. So sad
Service was great but that’s where it ends. There are quite a few burger places who are not only cheaper but a lot better than this place disappointing.
These are the best burgers i’v had anywhere around mill park or anywhere.
Friendly staff and always happy . They have very generous portion sizes always full when i eat here.

Hmmmmmm……took 2 hours to have our food delivered. Chips with cheese, gravy and bacon were a gluggy brick. Burgers were cold. Paid $1 for extra pickle, got a single tiny slice. Don’t think we’ll be ordering from here again.
Ordered on Menulog at 7pm on Saturday night, the estimated delivery time was 1hr and 30mins which was fair enough, I read other reviews saying how busy it was but thought it would be worth the wait. By the time the food arrived (mind you it’s a 10min drive from mill park to lalor) it was 9pm, the driver was apologetic ect. The food was cold, the beef burger meat was rock hard. Would not recommend this place for delivery it took too long and who wants to eat cold burgers and chips.
