Only fish and chips I go to. I always get the snack pack, however there is inconsistency with the amount of chips given sometimes. The staff could smile more but other then that great place to get fish and chips.
So so. Nice chips but I don’t like the way they cook expensive fish at all, for the price a little more care should be taken to not completely dry it out.
And my sweet chilli sauce was left out of my order after paying for it.
Yuck. Don’t know where you got your fish and chips but it couldn’t be the same place I ate from tonight

Top draw suburban chippie!. I’m a Pom which means I have standards when it comes to fish n’ chips and Indian curries. In most cases I am left feeling disappointed when trying both from different eateries across Melbourne.
This isnot so here at Frydays. Their fish n’ chips is damn good.
Chips are cooked to perfection, they leave the roe in scallops (important!), fish is lovely and portion sizes are bigger than yo Texas mother. Great stuff, even better than the chippie that used to reside here.
If I lived elsewhere I would travel, they are that good.
Best in the Mill Park & South Morang area. We have tried all the local F & C shops in the area, and this is the best by far. Battered fish and perfectly cooked thick chips are great. Damien knows everything there is to know about getting them perfect -including managing the temperature of the oil by moving the baskets between fryers etc. Gotta love an artist at work.
Nice Surprise!. Tried Frydays when we were forced to change to a new video store that is near them. Good selection and quality! Better than our previous Fish and Chip shop. Very good flake and battered burgers.
