Need to learn how to make Iced Chocolate. Called in and ordered an iced chocolate but wasn’t happy with it, after it being expensive, it wasn’t cold or Iced as an Iced Chocolate should be. When I asked what was used as flavouring, I was told it was the hot chocolate mix and cocoa. It wasn’t mixed properly and then the scoop of ice cream was stuck on top making it hard to mix. To be able to drink it, I had to add sugar as it wasn’t sweet at all. In the end very disappointing.
