Excellent Experience here. I ordered from Mitcham Pizza for many years. Ordering online was easy and the pizzas were so delicious. Up there with the best pizzas we have ever had. The New Gourmet Pizza range are soooooooooooooooo Yummmmmmmmmmmm!
Ordered takeaway pizza from this restaurant tonight as my usual – Peppercorn – was still closed for Xmas / New Year break. Pizza was greasy, ordered family and it was more akin to a large. No anchovies on pizza even though they are a standard on the capricciosa. Very cheesy and hardly any ham. Would not order from there again. Very disappointing as have had pizza here under the old management and it was great.
Been going for 3 years now i go to this pizza shop due to a personal liking of thin and crispy crust for my pizza and they do it perfect only one time has it been to soggy but never had a complaint from the family great customer service in store (let kids cut the pizza because they said to employees that they wanted to make pizza when they are older) i do get it delivered most times and have never been longer then the expected wait time (45 mins) all in all great local as i hate dominos base sauce 🙂
Ordered thru phone, didn’t have the one I needed and they suggested another option. However, when I went to pick up, they have not even started with my order yet. Worse, they claimed to have lost my order. Finally got my pizza and I can say that I won’t be going back at all!
I try to avoid giving poor reviews as one meal doesn’t necessarily show the true quality of an eatery but I have hardly got a good word to say about my meal from Mitcham Pizza. I ordered a vegetarian and chicken satay pizzas and chips. Whilst it all smelt great, the quality was so poor. My vegetarian pizza was literally a pool of cheese with a sprinkle of veggies – I almost thought I’d been given the wrong order. The chips were ok – they were chunky and not all cooked well. My partner ate the chicken satay and wasn’t overly impressed either. I was highly disappointed in my meal and will definitely not be heading back to try it again – there are much better pizza shops in Mitcham – would give this one a miss.
I have not been here for about 5 years, and thought we would give it a try again as we drove past. Our Pizzas were shocking, my Capricosa was missing the mushrooms, only had a couple of olives, very little ham, no anchovies and was overloaded with cheese.
I gave this place a try after being recommended by a friend. Good value for money for a local business. The pizza was okay. Way too much cheese and grease on it,which then soaked into the cardboard and gave off a bit of a funky taste. Nevertheless, I was starving after a long work shift and needed something quick, hence why my rating is more favourable than usual. Service was quick and efficient.
