Pizza was fine. Customer service and attention to detail sucks. Ordered through a delivery app, took 45 min to arrive, and was wrong. Called, staff apologized and advised they would send a new pizza ASAP. I waited 55 minutes further before relenting and calling asking where my food was. Staff said theyve been really busy, it was on its was. I said I was disappointed, her reply was have a great night
No offer to refund delivery fee by the manager, new delivery person said hopefully I can just enjoy my new pizza, which I got nearly 2 hours after ordering.
Verdict: pizza is worth a 20 minute wait. But with this sort of service or care, youre better off going somewhere else. Nothing earth shattering about the ingredients or the cooking process, give your money to a business that cares about your patronage.
