Good pizzas but very poor customer service by Alex, manager last night. Waited 1 1/2 hours for our order tonight. Spoke to him after waiting for our order which was promised to be delivered within 45 mins -1 hour by his staff. Alex was rude, unapologetic and unprofessional in his phone manner. I would welcome the opportunity to speak to the owner about my experience tonight.
