Best cafe on Were St. A sense of hipster inner melbourne feel to it, with very reasonable menu prices, amazing air roasted coffee, and some incredibly tasty and filling breakfast items. The staff are all very friendly and attentive, and I haven’t had a bad experience here over the course of multiple visits recently. Would highly recommend! The porridge was deeelicious
Very cute cafe up the top end of Were St with a modern hipster vibe (lots of blonde wood, indoor plants, tattooed staff etc). The menu is the usual mix of brunch fare but sets itself apart by being a few dollars cheaper than average (the smashed avo is $16 for instance), and the servings are also very generous, making it even better value. The coffee was note perfect and they have sparkling water on tap (so rare in Melbourne!). Service was slow but it was an unusually busy morning so I dont think this would be a problem generally. A great addition to Monty. Keen to go back!
