I went this morning, a friend’s chef invite me to try their products, I love baking so I had to try this place. I’m quite impressed. They put some love in the baking of this products. Unfortunately the vibe of the place and the lactation is not great! I will go back for a snack…..

second visit was a disaster! They sold us old baked pastry. Ayayayayay!
Not too sure how I feel about this place. I get the feeling that the staff care about delivering good food and service, but just dont get everything quite right. Interior is well lit and roomy. The grand breakfast had fresh ingredients, as did the schnitzel burger. However, the burger lacked relish and moisture, and this was amplified by the hardness/crunchiness of the bread. Having said that, the bread tasted fresh and homemade! Coffee was a little too milky. Mains took a long time to arrive. It was almost as if each food element in isolation was great, but they dont quite work as one. Good, but room for improvement!
2nd visit 3 months later – great improvements in service speed and plates! Until a few hours later….digestive issues kick in for both my partner and I. Bad eggs most likely the culprit (they were quite raw). Wanted to increase the mark but after we fell sick, 3/5 remains fair
A comedy of errors. We came for breakfast. Only 3 other tables out of 20 were taken. Yet we were asked if we had a booking?! His coffee was more like coffee flavoured milk. Took a while for a jug of water and glasses to arrive. It arrived with a fly in the jug. The aai bowl arrived 20 mins after his croissant. It lacked aai (was more yoghurt, see photo) but at least it had nice fresh fruit.
