Extremely rude on the phone, swearing because he couldnt hear me. Very poor customer service and food was average. First and last time ill be coming here
This used to be my favourite place but the last 2 visits will definitely be my last. Whilst the food quality has deteriorated over time (meat was too dried) and dirty tables, the service really kills it. I asked for share plates, and in both occasions/visits, the ladies clearly showed their objection to my request. The lady in my last visit even said if we are busy, we will not give share plates to you and I dont care. Well, now they can have plenty of empty plates as I will not be going there anymore
