My only upset would be they charge a ridiculous price on order dips for you chips etc, $2 a dip is a little bit crazy!!!!!

My rating is based on the food. In terms of staff, they were fabulous and friendly and worth 5 stars. However, my $23 calamari salad was a major disappointment. Im still hungry and am not a big eater. The herb aioli was tasty, which was a good thing as thats all i could taste on the abundance of green leaves. The tiny amount of calamari that i finally found hidden was so small and thin that i couldnt even taste it anyway. Was, in short, a complete rip off. Very unimpressed. The parma and fish and chips had by others were more substantial meals and went down alright…but rather hard to get wrong. Now what else can i find to eat…??

Had a Xmas party at the bay and it was great, good service, great food and perfect ambience. Would certainly recommend it as one of the best PUBS in the area!
I can always count on The Bay for a perfectly cooked steak! The sides were a little lack lustre but it’s definitely the best local steak so I ain’t complaining
I like The Bay. Friendly staff, nice food. good beer selection. But to me it suffers from a split personality. Walk through the door of what you think is a classic corner pub, only to find a sea of low tables all set up for dinner service, and a sign asking you to wait to be seated. Are you a restaurant or a pub?
I reckon Mordy needs a decent, well-located pub that isn’t pretentious, or that relies on pokies. Everything on the Bay’s menu could be served at pub style tables equally well.
The Bay Hotel is a great place for casual drinks! The beer garden is cozy and funky, great to sit around with friends whilst enjoying their cocktails!
You can always play a game of pool if it gets too cold outdoors
