This tiny little caf really excels in honest, caf food.
I noticed that all the locals were ordering toasties and BLTs so we ordered a BLT too, which was really delicious. It had generous portions of bacon and the most amazing homemade tomato relish.
Their beef and red wine meat pie was also plump and not fatty but the winner of this caf are their homemade sausage rolls. Theyre simply the best we have eaten as they were not oily, fatty or dry. They were moist, with a good meat and veg ratio and melted in your mouth. The other meal we ate was the adzuki bean and cauliflower salad which was pleasant too.
The only downfall of this place is their coffee as its a bit *meh* and the portions are a tad on the small size for what you get but I guess this is the Mornington Peninsula where things cost more. Regardless, I would definitely visit again – for that sausage rolls alone
