Ordered a large pizza and pasta. Ordered as the store was opening up and received good service. Parking at the store was easy.
We waited approximately 20 minutes for our order to be ready, which is pretty standard. Went back to our place in Frankston South.
Pizza was a bit undercooked and lacked sauce. Toppings were good. The chicken however was dry. The pasta was tasty and had a generous amount of sauce which I enjoyed.
Overall I think Giuseppe’s is definitely worth a try.
I rang them up and they took 4 times to get my order right. I then arrived at the allotted time to hear that my order was in the system but there had been a computer malfunction and the docket hadn’t printed out. No apology, they just took my payment and said I’d now have to wait another 15 minutes for them to cook them. Hope the taste of the pizza is worth the poor customer service.
Part 2 – I received my pizza with a prawn on it – I’m allergic to prawns I rang the manager and he said I was welcome to go somewhere else. Yes indeed I will well and truly be going somewhere else next time and so will my friends and family.
