Gods Kitchen is a must visit when in Mornington on a sunny late afternoon. The refurbished church is absolutely stunning and its great how it looks like original design was kept wherever possible! The food was absolutely delicious. Chicken Parma and eye fillet steaks ordered and demolished. Would love to come back to enjoy the cocktails in their outdoor dining area but loved dining inside this beautiful restaurant/church. Recommend to others.
Disgusting atmosphere, dark smelly and not a place for dinner. The service was bad, the layout was even worse, 3 tables in a place that could potentially fit at least 10. It was just horrendous. Stay far away, currently next door at the Manhattan, review to come shortly but it seems absolutely amazing compared to Gods kitchen, which is more like a step into Mornington Hell
Went here for lunch with couple of my girlfriends. Booking was easy, service was attentive, food was delicious. Service size was massive for us. But their dessert was so yummy. Will definitely come back again.
I had the burger and it was pretty good. We sat outside and it was just a bit too cramped. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn’t been elbow to elbow. The staff were very friendly.
We ordered a couple of pizzas to share and was really happy with our meals. I think Gods Kitchen is a really underrated palce to get a nice pizzas in Mornington. Give it a go.
We tried the $20 Friday parks deal. The chicken parks was delicious and the serving size was very generous. The coleslaw was crunchy and the mayo the used was flavoursim. My hubby bought the calamri fritters. The only downside was the calendar was too salty, but the salad that it came with was fantastic.
The pizza here was delicious. The venue is great for drinking and having a casual meal with friends. Unfortunately the inside was full meaning we had to sit outside and before long the air was thick with cigarette smoke. I was highly bothered by this and it ruined my dining experience. I would visit again however because the food was great.
