Best cafe ever you should go there! food I got : $9.50 Little birdy breakfast
$4.50 apple juice
My grandma got: $5.90 toast
$3.50 coffee
Had an amazing breakfast. Very special place, very friendly staff. Lots of gluten free options.
A little SLICE of heaven. I decided to give the Little Birdy a try and boy was I impressed. Service with a smile, good vibe and the coffee and eggs Florentine didn’t disappoint.
I followed this with the best lemon slice I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few in my time!). Have since thoroughly enjoyed those little raspberry almond biscuits and the vanilla slice…mmm.
I look forward to trying the wide selection it offers.
Little birdy best cafe on the peninsula. Just thought I would add this in the the little birdy cafe is the best on the peninsula ,the food the coffee the staff are great can not ask for more I would be definitely going back , just like to thank the new owners for such a great service with a smile
Completely shattered to go to one of my favourite Mornington Cafes the other day to find new owners who have completely killed the vibe that Little Birdy once upheld. The food was appalling and lacked having any flavour and my coffee was not drinkable which was a massive let down considering the old baristas were the best in town. My advice would be to smile more and make people feel welcome in your cafe, train your staff on how to make good tasting coffee (esp. Soy) and create food that looks appealing from the outside and has flavour on the inside. Please try harder as it would be a shame to see this great little cafe which is so convenient to so many fail to produce good quality food and coffee!
Love, love this cafe , friendly staff and great food!!! So much better with the new owners
