  A few tips from an industry veteran:
  1: Always smile and say ‘hello’ to the customer (no matter how bad your day’s been!)
  2: Say ‘please’ when asking for money and ‘thank you’ when accepting it
  3: Say ‘thanks’ and ‘goodbye’ when the customer collects their coffee.

  All these things make a customer want to come back as they’ll feel valued (you didn’t succeed here). Some would’ve be forgiven if your coffee was any good however, unfortunately for me (and you), it was not – it was rushed (I’m prepared to wait for good coffee) and you clearly used milk that had been there a while (this is easy to tell as it tastes awful). I hope, for your sake, this was a one-off as i don’t like seeing people fail. Just remember the importance of good old fashioned hospitality – its the business your in!!

  Decent coffee… Sometimes. We live across the road so usually Saturday morning we grab a couple of mochas before we head down to the dog park. I’ve had delicious creamy mochas here and then I’ve had what I thought was hot water in a dirty cup. I’ve also been served what I think was a skinny latte instead of full cream mocha and a small when we paid for a large, my other half was too embarrassed to go back in and tell you after on a previous occasion she was told by your staff that we ordered something else… Except wether we get coffee here, at a restaurant or maccas for that matter our order is simply 2 mochas, 1 large, 1 small so it’s unlikely we told you the wrong thing. For what a coffee costs I’d expect more consistent flavour, less rude staff who can just replace the order when they stuff up rather than argue the point as some of your customers don’t want the confrontation just the coffee.
