Absolutely APPALLED!!!
We waited over an hour and our mains didn’t come out.
According to the extremely rude lady at the register, Rose, waiting 50 minutes after entrees is apparently acceptable for a Saturday night to wait for mains.
Rose called US unreasonable and made it an extremely unpleasant night.
If you feel like getting abused, hands waved in your face and disregarded, by all means come here. But you’ll get better customer service and will actually receive your food in a timely manner at maccas.
Doesn’t matter that the waitress was lovely, Rose was atrocious. She shouldn’t be in hospitality.
Lovely venue. The food was excellent – the best gnocchi Ive had. It was melt in your mouth and balanced well with the chicken curry main sauce. Meals were a nice size. The staff were friendly and helpful with checking for allergy requirements. The second main was a vegetarian dish – well cooked and balanced flavours. Highly recommend the desserts – I had my favourite tiramisu and I wasnt disappointed. Highly recommended this restaurant if you want something a little classy.
