I wish I could give a lower score, but unfortunately I cannot. Time and time again Taco Bill in Mornington is home to the worst customer service and average food, considering the price. If Taco Bill wasn’t a franchise I can guarantee this store would have shut down years ago. I refuse to go back to this place after well over 5 seperate occasions of being ignored by staff and waiting a ridiculous amount of time for drinks and food, with no real explanation. Absolutely nothing would make me return to this waste of a restaurant
Had to wait almost half an hour just for our drink order to be taken on a Wednesday night, not busy. Same long wait for our food to be brought to the table. I ordered a vegetarian combination plate and was given a beef taco. Considering the wait time and how difficult it was to get the waitress attention I decided to eat around it and leave hungry. Would not go back, would not recommend.
Came here last night for the first time in a few years and the food quality and service has deteriorated dramatically. Not worth coming here unless it’s for drinks
Amazing experience at Taco Bill Mornington. Starting with our waitress Becky who had extensive knowledge of the product and food and bent over backwards to accommodate us. The food is exceptional and service was prompt. Happened to have the store owner there serving who took the time to chat and ensure our meal was enjoyable. Great staff, great food, we will definately be back
VERY POOR SERVICE. We attended Thursday 16th April for my wife’s birthday and there were five of us, two from Safety Beach, two from Bright and one from Wales, United Kingdom. For entre, we ordered a large plate of Nacho’s for the table, ie. the five of us, and it was hardly enough to feed two of us (the waitress should have realised this when we questioned her on it). It was a lost opportunity for the restaurant. Main meals were okay. However at no stage was dessert or coffees offered (nor any other drinks for that matter) – another lost opportunity. Rude and pretty poor service overall but what do you expect from Tacky Biil?

HORRIBLE. Went here with a group of friends for a nice meal but from the time we all walked in the service was nothing but rude, short and sharp with attitude.
Orders appetisers and drinks, they arrived fine but then they forgot to take our main meal orders. Once they finally did we had to asked again where they where after over 40 minutes and the lady’s response was ‘really?’
After finding out the the person whom was so discourteous towards us was the managers we walked! So appauling. I love Taco Bills normallly, but never again this restaurant!
Dont waste your money or time!!!. From entre to main course,2 and a half hours later.
Don’t look at the cook he will just give you dirty looks.
Food tasteless and boring,taste likes a frozen dinner.
