To delightfully contrast with its old-world charm, Brooklands of Mornington has opened Brooks Restaurant and Bar, cooking up a storm with a modern and relaxed feel. Guests can choose from the restaurants casual menu, including such classics as beer-battered fish & chips and free range chicken breast parma, while the la carte menu has a range of delicious steak and pasta dishes, not to mention desserts to die for. Private dining rooms are available for groups of 8 30 guests. In addition, Brooks Restaurant and Bar offers great coffee and light snacks from 7:00am 4:00pm.
