Having been a few times, this place was always a favourite. But unfortunately this time around, I didnt enjoy the food. The customer service was quick and food came out altogether which I know can be hard to do, so was pretty impressed since we were a table of 8. The Vietnamese salad I had was far too wet and there was only about 4 pieces of calamari. I thought it was an absolute rip off for $26.40. My friends enjoyed their burgers though. They are also incredibly cheeky with putting an extra 10% on the bill for weekends. Havent encountered this before, so must be a new thing. There are plenty of better eateries in Mornington that do not do the surcharge. Most likely will not be dining here again on the weekend.
Really impressed by this cafe/restaurant on Mornington main street. The menu has something for everyone and a variety of freshly made meals. This is my second time here and the staff were just as welcoming, friendly, & attentive as before. You will be paying slightly higher prices but won’t complain as the food and produce is delicious. Highly recommend the pulled pork + hollandaise Benedict with apple.
