  The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. There was no feeling of being welcomed and no respect for customer. The restaurant timings on the website are incorrect and the manager is not even apologetic about it. I had an unpleasant conversation with this manager over the phone and I decided to talk to him while picking up take-away. He did give a fake apology after I reached restaurant. I advised him to be more polite over the phone and he replied, “This is how I do my business”. I just replied, “This is how I ensure I give my feedback”. Now, I thought this attitude might be because of quality of food. But, the food was the worst ever-Indian food I have ever had. All the curries were literally floating in oil and lacking in flavor. I do not understand how can spicy curry be sweet in taste. Very disappointed. This is not authentic Indian food. Even the street vendors in India serve tastier food than this!

  Would not recommend this place, possibly the worst Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The place was freezing. Water was served in a plastic jug. Food came out pretty fast but the rice and naan came out 5 minutes after the rest of the food and the naan was a bit odd. Food was ok although lacking in flavor and quiet small. The meal was also quite expensive. Service was nice enough although I feel could improve with some hospitality training. Also toilets were not in a great state.

  We have ordered chicken biriyani yesterday.. It’s was tasteless. When we called him for feedback, he was not bother to listen that. He is spooling India name.

  Delicious Food. I was very impressed by the food here. I will definitely visit again when in Mount Beauty. YUM!
