The food looked much nicer than it tasted, it was expensive and had obviously been hanging around for days. The decor was nice I guess but would not go back. Also the wait staff weren’t that polite.
Every visit is a usual 10 minute wait for coffee. The coffee is great but the service leaves something to be desired. Today after ordering an extra hot coffee and waiting 10 minutes I was served with a luke warm coffee. After taking it back up I received attitude from staff but they did redo my coffee and it was made extra hot and delicious. However the whole experience itook a total of 15 minutes for 1 coffee. If you’re in a rush I wouldn’t risk it…
Popped into Tully’s cafe today and ordered two coffees and a croissant. It took 10 minutes to receive a really lovely coffee then a further 8 minutes for a heated croissant (which cost $9.95!!)
If I knew the price or time it would take for the food prior to ordering I wouldn’t have bothered.
I was in the queue to follow up on the food when we received our ‘croissant’, a soggy pastry which also tasted like it had lemon juice remnants on it?
For the 18 minutes we were able to observe the chaotic lunch service, the space seemed under managed today.
The food in the cabinet looked lovely and fresh as you would expect but no prices on anything. The FOH team today seemed lost but the girl in the moon boot behind the counter was very attentive to everyone.
