It is a shame that this place does not see the need to improve. Quality service comes from quality staff and exceptional food comes from a well thought out menu.
We have eaten here a few times and always been disappointed. The coffee is ok and often the only option for early mornings.
The cafe has so much potential….
Our first visit after moving to Mount Eliza. The eggs were overlooked, mushrooms resembled something out of a Bain Marie at school camp and goats cheese was awful. I showed the waitress the overcooked and soggy eggs and mostly uneaten breakfast, and she said it wasn’t their fault, they use free range eggs and they’re unpredictable. Um, okay. They gave us our coffee for free, but we paid $40 for 2 breakfasts we struggled to eat.
Always always always average.
Food is always ok, service is almost always terrible, coffee is alright.
We only go here when we can’t find a table elsewhere, I would not recommend this place I don’t know how it’s always so busy.
