Hamburger what????. Just tried to call you at 8pm. No answer on the phone. Hamburger with the lot??? Meat patty orange in colour??? I didn’t order a carrot burger over cooked…. and it smelt… yetch!. Don’t like making social media comments, so best answer your phone in future.
Messed up order- supposed to be GF. Friday 8th August there was a different woman at the counter. We paid for gluten-free battered fish. Received fish in GLUTEN batter. Have spent the last 30 hours in pain due to consumption of gluten. Didn’t realise the batters had been mixed up until after I had eaten my fish- in hindsight batter was paler and less crunchy than usual gluten-free batter.
Quality that set them apart has disappeared !! Really disappointed !! Such a shame !!
Uncooked. Rang and placed a phone order . about 5.30 Sunday 25th of May ,told 10 minutes , went in at right time , girl on front counter said it was ready ,but I waited while she took a phone order and 2 more orders over the counter, stood there for another 5 minutes (They werent busy ) eventually brought order out to me , took it home ,warm not hot , 2 pieces of flake were very greasy and tastless the potato cakes were raw in warm batter , this is the second time we have been there with a similar result not impressed.
Mistake with order. I placed a phone order for take away on the night of Wednesday 7 May. I had a longish wait after my burger was given to another customer. Once I got home, I found that my fish was not included. Overall I was 1 1/2 hours between ordering and eating (not my idea of fast food).
I was told to leave my e-mail address, which I did, but I still have yet to hear back.
No complaint with the quality of the food though.
Had a burger here and was very disappointing.
Too pricey and trying to be one of those gourmet joints,which are all overpriced and dull!.
