I have been a regular Friday night customer here for more then 6 monthes, in the last month or so the quality of food and service have dropped significantly. Over the last three Friday nights I have received undercooked Chips, soggy wet fried fish, and a chicken snitzel that was almost raw in the middle! The food and service has become appalling. Waiting an extra 20 minutes longer then specified for food that is uneatable. Disgusted with Otto, I will not be returning.
