Worst pizza that I ever had in my life. Period!

I don’t know what people are talking about; I loved their customer service. I ordered from here last night. Tandoori chicken pizza, veg pasta with pesto sauce instead of napoli (yes, they were flexible in letting me customize it), garlic bread, chicken nuggets and Shiraz. Everything was just so yumm..hat’s off to the chef. There was a bit of a delay in delivery but they called me with an apology (apparently their store got busy after my order went through) and gave me a free drink. I’d definitely recommend this place.
Disappointing ! We ordered the meat lover and hawaiian on the monday night take-away special. The pastry was chewy and the toppings were not appetising at all. There are much better pizza restaurants around Mt Waverley.
HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered pizza from Rossinis Pizzeria. The text confirmed a delivery time of 7:03. It got to approximately 7:20pm and I decided to call up to see if they had received our order. The man on the phone was extremely rude, and told me it was my own fault for ordering from them when they are so far away and that our pizzas hadnt left for delivery yet. I live in Ashburton, and am within their delivery radius. I called again 20 minutes later. The man on the phone was even ruder this time and continued to tell me it was my own fault. When the pizza eventually came we were told that we will not be delivering to you again as you are too far away. From when we ordered, it took an hour and 40 minutes for us to get our pizzas. This was on a Thursday night.
probably the worst pizza I’ve had in a while..base was chewy like rubber and toppings were tasteless and from the looks of it i think they were pretty stale (mostly taken out from the freezer!)..if you love pizzas then maybe you would want to give this place a miss.

BEST PIZZA IN MOUNT WAVERLY!!. The pizza was amazing defiantly worth the wait! Very authentic Italian style pizza not like your standard commercial conveyor oven pizza! 10/10. The Parma is also well worth it! VERY TASTY
