We love visiting this cafe which is near where we live. This is a very trendy cafe, and the food here is wonderful. The food is your classic Melbourne dishes that are always gonna impress! The hotcakes are a favourite!
A great addition to the cafe scene around the Monash area. We dined on a weekday morning and it was quite crowded! The waiter was super friendly and attentive. I had the beef brisket benedict. Although the serving looked quite small, it was very filling! I particularly enjoyed the crispy cheese waffle base. What a unique idea! The downside was that the pulled beef oozed a little bit of liquid, making the plate slightly watery. The beef could also have been more flavourful. We also tried the matcha latte with soy ($6!). Sadly, it was very weak and hence the soy taste overpowered the matcha. I don’t recommend it, especially at $6. Scrambled eggs was a winner, however. Very flavourful, spicy and fluffy. Overall, I would return again (especially living nearby) to try their other dishes!
