Don’t waste your time. Honestly do not waste your time! With Every meal there has been an issue- whether it be food not turning up or being overcharged! Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt for take away (how hard can it be considering you’ve stated previously that you’re an ‘established business’) and ordered, quoted as a wait of 30 mins. Went down and received a few bits of the order and told another half an hour for the rest. Half an hour later, return to be told another 20. Again no good so after an over 2 hr wait we gave up and asked for our money back. Instead of apologising or seeking a compromise the ‘established business’ manager proceeded to say ‘well I’ve only got 2 hands’ as a justification. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Literally disgusted and can assure I won’t be going back AGAIN!!!

Recently changing hands has meant a huge improvement in the food! The service is average, however the quality and amount of good pub food counter acts the lack in customer service. The meals are larger, reasonably price and tasty. We are so glad the pub has changed hands and given the town back a decent place to eat out.
Waited one and a half hours for my Chicken palmer, once it came it was burnt, dry and small for the money I paid for it. Not a happy customer. Wanted to take it back but I couldn’t afford to wait another two hours.
