Worst customer service ever. The staffs were so rude.The bubble was hard while the milk tea was not as creamy as that of other shops.You have to up your game or you’ll be out eventually.
Cha time use to be one of my fave teas but it just doesn’t hit the spot anymore . The herbal jelly is still quite enjoyable but the milk tea is not as creamy as other places – pearls are also not as nice ( not sweet enough- sometimes too chewy sometimes too hard )
