Highly disappointed with the Customer Service and the Cake
at the CupCake Desire(Narren Warren) with Pick up at Marriott waters.
I had ordered an eggless cake for my moms 60th
surprise birthday party and the cake was absolutely rubbish, it was so hard,
over baked, rubbery and chewy .
A complete No No.
I felt so embarrassed in front of my guests as no one ate
the cake.
To add to it , when I called the owner to provide feedback,
he did not want to accept.
He asked me to bring the cake to shop and the shop was
closed for the next 2-3 days and then he blamed it on to me for not bringing
the cake to the shop in time.
Very poor customer service. I repeatedly called him to check
but no answer on the phone.
If you are running a shop , please make sure that you at
least provide a good customer service.
80$ for a piece of chocolate rubbery crap and no apologies.

The staff was nice and polite. Price is decent compare to other places…..But your cupcakes are such poor quality!! The cream isnt smooth, i took a lick and its so crampy, didnt mixed well. And the sponge wasnt soft but a little off. I’d say…its been up and selling for two days or so. So i couldnt taste the flavour of each cupcake properly.
The only good thing about it is the staff and the design.

The caps cake was very moist and soft. They have a seating area but it’s pretty full. Love this place will definitely come back for seconds.
