Saw the burger high tea on Facebook and my husband and I went to go try it – what a fun idea and very well executed!Bottom tier (fries) was excellent, we polished all of those off. Middle tier (6 sliders) were packed with fillings and very filling. Highlight was the beef patty. And the top tier (waffles) I only had a bite of because I was so full but they were delicious! Hubby polished off the rest!Would definitely recommend, it’s a fun idea for something different to try at a restaurant.

Bobby Dre has burger and taco high teas. We decided to try the burger high tea which comes with three sliders per person, with some chips to share and a delicious waffle to share for dessert. It’s very good value as it’s only $25 per person. The sliders are also customisable if there’s a slider that you don’t want to eat. The slider options are chicken, beef and halloumi. I opted for a second beef burger instead of having a chicken burger. All the sliders tasted nice and I was pleasantly surprised how nice the halloumi slider was, it is a wonderful vegetarian burger option! The venue is quite new but they are doing a fantastic job and offering something (high teas) that can’t be found elsewhere. I would highly recommend!
Located conveniently near Melbourne Hospital and Melbourne University, Bobby Dre’s becomes one of the local favorites to hangout. They offer various burgers and also healthy yummy tacos to choose from. The place has plenty of on the road parking spaces just in front of the restaurants. It is also very close to tram stop 57.
