Friendly neighbourhood restaurant. Simple menu with spicy African fare. We shared the combination plate piled with a mountain of injera and flavourful fish, chicken and dahl dishes. Good reliable option if youre in the area.

The set platter it’s a good choice and good value. For vegetarian meal $20 for 1, $35 for 2, which is a filling amount of dishes and injera.
Had such a good dinner at Little Africa. Its a small restaurant near Queen Victoria Market which seems to get busy even for a weeknight. We got the combination platter for 2 for $45 which had generous serving size as we couldnt finish it all. The quality of the meats are good and I loved the taste of injera bread, as its not too tangy as Ive had before. This place is cash only. If you are adventurous and want to try African food, definitely try it here
