Wanted to give this place a go as we usually dine at Errols. We walked inside and told the waiter we would sit outside. He said he would bring the menus out. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes and left and went to Errols. Within seconds of walking in, a lovely girl at Errols greated us and brought water and menus to the table with a smile. The difference between both venues in service levels is quite stark. I won’t return to Toast again.
