Gringo vibes is a great restaurant with amazing, filling food. The flavours are incredible. I like the enchiladas, I’ve had them a few times. I also enjoy the stuffed jalapenos. I have heard the burritos are good but personally have not tried (not gf). It would be nice to have a choice of a fresh salad instead of all the heavy sides on the plate. Id love that rice and a salad of some sort so you dont leave feeling like you’ve got a rock in your stomach. Just a personal thought though, the plate is definitely too much, it calls for something refreshing.
