Awful chicken extremely dry. Worst chips in the world so so dry. Bit pricey for the serving of chicken and chips. Stingy. Why is it so hard for someone to cook good chicken in Northcote. Still the number one charcoal chicken is in Fairfield. Cheers
Friendly staff, best chips!. Crunchy chips with delicious chicken salt. So addictive! If I get the chicken at the right time, it can be very tender and juicy. Perfect for the kids
Good value, lovely staff. Cannot fault this place and it’s very clean. They will cut up the chicken for you which is a great bit of c/s. Very polite staff as well.
Perfect chips. Really tasty chips, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside with a good pinch of chicken salt.
Chicken is generally really good, although it has been dry a couple of times in the past. Beef kebab is not so good, with the meat usually tough however their chicken kebabs are tasty with the chicken moist.
Good prices as well, the meal deals fall under 10 bucks and include drinks.
Kids have grown up with the shop. Very popular with the chips and their secret chicken salt. So addictive. Been taking my children there for years. Cheerful family run business, owner jenny really goes out of her way to make us feel special. Food is always fresh, love the new combo deal they have, great price
