This charcoal chicken place has value packs which is good, staff are friendly but my visit for a hamburger pack was not a great experience. Other staff serving and preparing food on this occasion not the manager who is always there with the Melbourne Victory fc cap who is a good bloke.
The hamburger meat was not correctly cooked and I instructed a well done burger. The mince was raw in the middle and the burger hit the bin…..also made me feel not the best after two bites into the burger.
Hope this issue does not happen again and staff are re-trained. I would like to retry this place in the future because I would like to provide a much better review and I like the customer service.
