Cute little hideaway on High Street. Accidentally went on a Tuesday which worked in my favour as they have $10 pizzas every Tuesday. The quality of the pizza was amazing and the perfect size. Def really busy on a Tuesday so book a table if you can!
Went for a 30th bday in their upstairs private area. Great venue, very funky. Staff were lovely and drink prices good. They have a little balcony outside which looks into high street but you can’t have too many people out there at the same time.
Not sure what to make of the menu, we found it over priced with small serves. We wanted to actually dine there but were told to sit in the bar area and choose btw a couple of pizzas or kangaroo on the specials board. It was awful to try and eat with the loud music, which wasn’t pleasing to the ear. I gather this place is meant to be a bar for the colourful people in Thornbury.
Long over due review (10 years..) Hard to beat for a local bite and a beer with friends or the kids, it all works! Different things on each night (Open mike, trivia etc). If coming with kids drop in at 6pm, you can own the place before the local crowd rolls in..
Had the 2 for 1 pizza for the first time at this place. What a great find! I had the funghi pizza. Will recommend and return. Excellent!
Great REAL Italian food!. I’ve eaten there many times and I love their pastas! I also often go on Tuesday when they have two for one pizzas. They use fresh seafood and the portions are generous. Also has a good drinks list and live music.
