Not inexpensive but fun Korean smorgasbord that allows you to go back again and again to grab more kimchi, bulgogi, bibimbap, Korean sushi, Korean fried chicken, chilli dumplings and pork kimchi on tofu. Modern decor, very polite service and an altogether chilled atmosphere. Perfect for something better than cafe food but not restaurant formal.

Went here on Sunday for lunch. I have to say, I wasn’t expecting a really good feed for this price. Instead they do impress me!

The setting of the restaurant was quite tidy. All the food are labelled well and fresh. My first experience with Korean Buffet as well.

I would definitely come back and try more food.

The rate actually I want to give is 2.5/5. Wont be more than that based on my experience.
I had a dinner there on the night of one weekend with my friends. Some of them just came late, so the actual time we started to eat was about 7.30pm. Most of the buffer food were gone and the staff didnt supply the shortage dishes quickly. The kinds of dishes are not as many as their ad. The BBQ steak, mussel, pork are hard to get. The steak tastes like a rub, very chewy and way too overcooked. Not too much outstanding there and they turned off the heater so early. It made all of us feel cold on that day. Comparing with this kind of Korean BBQ, I personally prefer the traditional one which allows customers to cook by themselves. Hope they can make improvement. Otherwise, probably the current price can attract people to come, but wont be back again.

There was a meeting here. It was my first visit. I expected it to be a Korean buffet. But there was no food to eat. A lot of improvement will be needed.

I’m a bit torn about this place. While I love the concept of a Korean buffet, Miss Korea’s execution is moderately disappointing. The service was good and the setting was quite pleasant. The food was unfortunately mediocre. Most of the meat dishes were cold, the fried chicken was dry and there was hardly any choice at the dessert table. I loved the DIY bibimbap section – one of the redeeming features of this restaurant, which ultimately has great potential but requires some tweaking.

Affordable Korean buffet in the suburbs! Miss Korea Kitchen 288 offers a range of traditional Korean dishes (your favourite spicy rice cakes, stir-fry options, bibimbap, soba noodles) along with some other nice dishes at a pretty affordable price.
It’s quite a spacious restaurant and the service is pretty good – they remove empty plates promptly and staff are walking around to see which dishes need to be refilled constantly. The only downside is that the dessert options are limited to icy poles and choc-coated ice creams you find at Coles, and some preserved, canned fruit.
By far my favourite here was the bibimbap and the kimchi here is amazing too!

Beautiful space and option for alacarte vs buffet. Had the spicy octopus bimbimbab and it was delicious! Lots of variety if you have time to try their buffet .
