Theres nothing to get too excited about here. The speciality seems to be simple hearty meals that get the crowd in. There were lots of older people here having the roast and good for them. Its therefore a reasonable place to take an aging parent. The steak sandwich looked plain but was great value for $10.50. It was delicious. The fish for $9.50 was very ordinary. Clearly frozen whiting in batter. It was edible but excessively uninspiring. This cafe gets a pass but I can do without this sort of experience, I reckon. Oh for some poke.
